In this example, we will use AWS as our cloud provider.
When you click on the icon to configure Cloud Provider, CloudSense will ask for the access key, secret key, and the EC2 key pair name. Enter that information and the Cloud Provider will be configured for that organization.
After the account details are submitted, lets try to create a cluster with the newly configured cloud provider. Click on the cluster tab on the left hand column and click on the create cluster button
Click create new cluster button
Here you can choose your cloud provider where the cluster needs to be spun up. For this example we will be selecting AWS.
Select a name for the cluster and the workspace the cluster will be spun up in. For this example, we will select Development cluster.
For cluster type, select generic cluster.
Select the region where the cluster will be spun up. We will use US East for this example
Select the cluster size. Since we are testing that our cloud provider was configured correctly, we will create a cluster for 1-5 applications.
Review and deploy your cluster. Once the cluster specifications look good, then click on deploy to deploy the cluster.
If the cloud provider was configured correctly, the cluster should start to get spun up after you click the deploy button. If the credentials for the service account were incorrect, you should see the error on the main cluster page.
